The best thing about these classes: they are online! However, it’s not some boring monotonous view of images or just hearing my talk. It would be like sitting in a group class but instead you are in your bed or on your couch or wherever you choose to be.
You will still meet new people and join a community of expectant parents in the chat room and on the conference line. Plus, it’s winter; Stay out of the cold and snow. Don’t worry about potential class cancellations due to bad weather.
These classes are especially important for mothers on limited activity or bedrest.
